  • I was trying to sign up for Hoopla with my library card.  My pin is only 4 digits long, but it required an 8 digit password.   Do I have to change it on the library site?
  • When registering for Hoopla, it will ask for your library card number and PIN (4 digits) and then prompt you to enter your email address and password (8-40 characters).  If you do need to reset your library card PIN, you can call 513-369-6900 or visit your local library branch.
