To help you plan your recruitment at the University of Cincinnati, we've provided the dates of our recruiting events and the UC academic schedule. 

Fall 2026

Representatives from Phillips Edison at the UC Professional and Technical Career Fair
  • Early August: Employers conclude interviews and extend offers to fall co-op students
  • August 24: Fall Semester begins. Fall co-op positions start around this date; actual start dates vary by employer.
  • September 7: Labor Day Holiday
  • September 3: Part-Time Job Fair 
  • September 15-17: Fall Business, Engineering, and IT Career Fair (registration opens in early July)
  • September-October: Employers post spring co-op positions to UC Handshake. Students seeking spring co-ops begin their searches.
  • October-November: Employers conduct interviews for spring co-op students. 
  • November 11: Veterans Day Holiday
  • November 26-29: Thanksgiving Holiday
  • December: Employers receive link to complete Fall Semester co-op evaluation.
  • December 12: Fall semester ends 

Spring 2027

  • January 11: Spring Semester begins. Spring co-op positions start around this date; actual start dates vary by employer.
  • January 18: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Holiday
  • January-February: Employers post summer co-op positions to UC Handshake. Students seeking summer co-ops begin their searches.
  • February 10-12: Spring Business, Engineering, and IT Career Fair (registration opens in November)
  • February-March: Employers conduct interviews for summer co-op students. 
  • March 15-21: Spring Break Holiday
  • April: Employers receive link to complete Spring Semester co-op evaluation.
  • April 29: Spring Semester ends

Summer 2027

  • August 8: Summer Semester ends
